Denise Smith is an owner and Executive Vice President of Providence Title Company. Denise started in the business in 2001 in sales and marketing and then moved to Escrow officer and Manager of the San Antonio office for Dan Foster before joining Providence Title as part of the ownership group and as Team Leader in San Antonio in 2009.

Denise has experience closing a wide variety of transactions; everything from million dollar private residences to Wal-Marts! Denise still enjoys closing transactions and working her network to make deals happen. Relationships are everything to Denise. Establishing, building and maintaining the relationships she has made over her many years in San Antonio is what Denise is most proud of in her career.

Denise is very involved in the Real Estate community participating in the many Realtor events, the Builder’s Association and of course with Fiesta! Her community activities has garnered her many awards including San Antonio Business Journal’s Top 40 under 40.
