Stephen Ramsey is legal counsel, Chief Title Officer and part owner of Providence Title Company. In addition, Steve also supplies education to Realtors, customers, investors and employees. His wide variety of experience and relationships with various underwriters enables Providence Title to have a reputation as a company that can and will get things done. Steve says “if it is legal, ethical and moral, I can help get it done!”

Since moving to Texas more than 17 years ago, Steve has served in a variety of positions in the title business. From examining ownership of property to being division president of a large national title company, he has a wide range of experience. His goal has always been to put customers first and to provide a work environment which focuses on customer service.

Steve is very active in his community and church. He served as coach of Coppell Youth Soccer for eight years. He has served on a variety of school committees both local and city wide. For many years he has served as a Sunday school teacher of youth and adults.
